Rental Fees

• A 2-night minimum stay required, with a 3-night stay required on holidays.
• Guests are $10.00 per day.
• Sorry No Pets.
• Deposit Required - A 50% deposit is required within 10 days of making your reservation to secure dates. Should you have to cancel for any reason, the deposit will be refunded as soon as the cottage is re-rented for that time and a new deposit is received, less a 25% service charge.
• Cancellation notices less than 72 hours prior to arrival are non-refundable.
• Rates do not include taxes.
